BeAT Cardiac Crash Experience, Team Calendar, U18 B, TEAMS, REP B (Tri-Centre Jr. Attack)

Cardiac Crash is NOT like any other CPR training program!
Cardiac Crash is intense, interactive and fun. It involves an immersive film scenario, some team
competition, some quick thinking and some CPR practice – but most importantly, you’ll be learning life
skills that really matter and could save a life.
A few things to know ahead of your Cardiac Crash Experience:
*Team and CPR Groups – You’ll be assigned to a Group (Team Cardiac/Team Crash)
*Energy and voices – Arrive ready to help your team win points by yelling out answers to questions.
*Timing – The experience will run about an hour and a half.
*Clothing – There will be CPR practice sessions where you’ll be kneeling on the floor, try to come with
clothing that is comfortable
*Emotions – We know this can be a tough topic and that there is a wide range of lived experience. Please
feel supported and safe to determine your own level of involvement to ensure your well being
